Subscription Management Performance Issue

Resolved
Due to an issue with third party subscription management servers during maintenance, the AirDeck cloud platform was temporarily unable to pull user information, causing an inability to access the platform. The issue has been resolved, and we are looking at implementing redundancies to prevent this issue from occurring in the future.
